Therapy for people…

…who look for a calm & safe place to talk, reflect and untangle things. Life is complicated enough, and holding it all together is often tough.
I am here to help.

You may be here because…

  • your brain never switches off

  • you overthink conversations for days

  • you’re functioning on the outside but exhausted underneath

  • relationships keep becoming complicated

  • you feel stuck in the same emotional patterns

  • you’ve spent years looking after everyone else

  • you’re successful on paper but internally anxious

  • something just feels “off” lately

You don’t need a perfect explanation for why you’re struggling.

Sometimes people arrive in therapy with a clear problem.
Other times it’s just a quiet feeling that something needs to change.

That’s enough to begin.

A little bit about me…

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in IT, UX design and strategy.

I enjoyed the creative site of my work, but over time I realised I was far more interested in people than systems.

I eventually returned to what had always fascinated me most: psychology, human mind and behaviour, emotional patterns and meaningful conversation.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from Germany and a Diploma in Counselling in Australia.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked in psychotherapy and support-based roles while continuing to deepen my training.

My approach is warm, reflective and down-to-earth. Therapy with me is not about pretending to be “fixed” or perfectly positive all the time. It’s about understanding yourself more honestly and creating change from there.

What therapy with me feels like

My sessions are conversational, reflective and collaborative.

Some days we might explore deeper emotional patterns.
Other days we might focus on practical coping strategies, relationships, anxiety, overwhelm or simply getting through a difficult week.

I don’t believe therapy needs to feel stiff or overly clinical to be meaningful.

Sometimes there is humour.
Sometimes there is silence.
Sometimes there is swearing.
All of it is welcome.

Outside of therapy…

I’m also creative by nature and have spent years working in design, music and strategy-focused roles.

I understand what it feels like to constantly think, analyse and reinvent yourself, which is probably why I work particularly well with deep thinkers, creatives and people who feel emotionally “complex”.

Therapy is not about becoming a completely different person.

It’s about understanding yourself more honestly, feeling a little less alone in your own mind, and slowly creating a life that feels more manageable, connected and real.

You don’t need to arrive perfectly prepared.
You can simply start where you are.
